| Losing
weight is very very simple, in short, all you have to do is eat less
calories than you use. Therefore, your body will naturally burn fat for
energy. There you go, your on your way to losing weight
Do not go
about doing this by cutting your carbohydrate intake out of your diet,
you need carbs for energy, and without energy your body will not
function correctly. Eat a low calorie diet, stay away from high fat high
calorie foods (i.e. Burger King, Mcdonalds, fast food, ice cream), and
eat healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, rice, baked potatoes, etc.
You do not have to lose 5-10 pounds in two or three weeks, give
yourself some time, maybe 2 months to 6 months. Be reasonable, if you
get the weight off in a longer period of time it will be easier to keep
the weight off, That's what you want right?
