These programs really work, and when
combined with the correct eating habits you will be amazed! Before we
get started you should learn the basics of bodybuilding.
When working out you do not get
bigger or gain mass during the workout, you do get a nice pump and possibly cannot walk up
a flight of stairs when you done, but you do create micro tears in your
muscles. Millions of them each body part / muscle group. That is where
soreness comes from, don't worry soreness is a good thing (I love the
feeling)
So now you have broken down your muscle,
then you need to heal or repair your muscle (This part comes in at the
diet section) which
takes anywhere from 48 hours on the smaller muscle groups such as calves
or biceps or even up to a week in some cases for some larger muscle
groups
